Warehouse Operatives:
Lanchester Wines and Greencroft Bottling (DH9 7XP)

Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, from order picking to loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll handle everything from accepting and inspecting inventory to marking and labelling stock. You’ll work with barcode scanners, manage inventory and maintain the cleanliness and safety of our work environment. If you have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy and a passion for teamwork, we want to hear from you!

And if you’ve previously held a counterbalance FLT license that may have recently lapsed, don’t worry – we offer training to get you back up to speed.

Location: Greencroft Estates, DH9 7XP

Responsibilities:

  • Order picking
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  • Accepting delivery of inventory
  • Counting and confirming inventory
  • Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
  • Communicating errors to relevant parties
  • Marking and labelling stock
  • Storing inventory in accessible manner
  • Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
  • Working with barcode scanners to book stock in and out
  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment
  • Candidates that have had a previous counterbalance FLT licence that may have recently lapsed are invited to apply. Training will be provided if successful.

Shift Pattern: Full-time, Permanent, various shifts available. Some overtime available

Salary: Dependent on shift
